WANT THE KEY TO OUR SCHEDULE?
Some of our classes are online only, while some you can choose if you'd like to join us in person or online.
When registering for a class, please make sure you are doing so for the correct location.

ST - Means you plan to join us in-studio, which is currently restricted to a max of 12 students.
Please read class descriptions when signing up, as we have information about props and cleaning.
ON - Means you plan to join us online, via the Zoom platform.
The Zoom login information is only sent through this registration.
RT - This class is held in-person, but on our rooftop. To get to our rooftop, please park in the back of
our parking lot, and follow along the side of the building.

IS MY CLASS RECORDED?
We send registered students the recording of the the classes held in the first full week of the month. This means that if you'd like the recording of your class for the month, you must be registered and paid for the 1st week's class. Exceptions are that donation and outdoor classes are never recorded. The Exercise for Parkinson's Class is alternately recorded and sent to students on the first Tuesday and last Thursday on each month.

HOW MUCH ARE CLASSES?
Classes that are an hour or less are $12 Drop-in;
or you may purchase a 10-Class Stretch Package for $100
Classes that are over an hour are $18 Drop-in;
or you may purchase a 10-Class Weekly Package for $150
Donation classes are a suggested minimum donation of $5;
in-person classes can accept donations when you arrive.
Exercise for Parkinson's classes are $5
