ONLINE - Floor Stretch

This class gives all the benefits of stretching and strengthening from the floor. This is a great way to create length in the body using the floor without getting up and down.
Have a pillow or blanket handy. Bring a strap (belt/tie/scarf) and blocks (thick book) if you have them.
