DESCRIPTION
Forward bends are known for their cooling effects, not only on the body but definitely in the brain as well.  Let's practice some standing and seated forward bends (maybe even an inverted one too) which can help keep our blood pressure balanced and beat the heat during these dog days of summer!

PROPS NEEDED

Chair, 3 blankets (or towels), 2 blocks (or thick hardback books), and strap (or tie or belt)
