• A brief history of crystal healing across cultures

• How to choose crystals using logic and intuition

• Crystal shapes, families, and chakra pairings

• Simple ways to work with crystals for balance, grounding, and intention

• How to cleanse and care for your crystals safely

You’ll have time to touch, feel, and explore a variety of crystals, tune into what draws you, and ask questions along the way.
