This class will begin with Savasana/Lying down relaxation, so make sure you are comfortable, warm, safe and without distractions. I will lead you through a deep relaxation of the nervous system. After we have completely relaxed (or at least the best we can), we will begin a guided breathing practice to assist us in having better health and longevity.
