Open to all levels and abilities, this cosmic journey blends mindful movement with a soundtrack that’s fun, unexpected, and totally out of this world. You don't have to be a rocket man or wait for ground control to talk to Major Tom, there’s something for every earthling. Whether you're a seasoned star traveler or just launching your practice, come stretch, breathe, and vibe across the galaxy. Ridiculous puns and humor included for silly fun with serious yoga teachers. 

This is a lighthearted yoga workshop where you can have fun amongst friends and recharge your batteries. Props are available in the studio, all levels welcome, beginner friendly, all poses will be modified, and there will be an emphasis on having fun.
