Yin Yoga combines Hatha Yoga with Taoist philosophies. We’ll hold postures anywhere from 2-8 minutes. Yin Yoga is all lower body (so expect a lot of seated twists and folds). Laura is also trained in Accessible Yoga (and can adapt the asanas [postures] to meet most students’ needs).
This class is ideal for anyone looking to slow down, relieve stress, and reconnect with their body in a compassionate and supported way. No prior yoga experience is needed—just bring your breath, curiosity, and an open heart.
