This class blends slow, feel-good movement with cozy restorative poses that support your body and calm your mind. It’s part stretch, part nap, and totally judgment-free.
Perfect for when you're feeling frazzled, foggy, or just want a little midweek magic to help you let go.

For the month of November, this is a pay what you can/donation-based class. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
