Join Kitty at Sterling Yoga Studio for a gentle evening sound bath centered on warmth, rest, and presence. This session offers a grounded space to slow down, release the day, and reconnect with yourself through calming sound and stillness.

As the tones and vibrations move through the space, you’re invited to soften  and welcome the nervous system to settle. There’s nothing to do and nowhere to go, just time to receive and be held in light.  This sound healing experience will be held in the Amethyst studio (not the salt cave).
