This 60-minute donation-based class begins with 30 minutes of dynamic vinyasa flow, designed to build energy, improve mobility, and connect breath with intentional movement. The second half of class invites you to slow down and soften with 30 minutes of restorative sound healing, allowing the vibrations to calm the nervous system, release tension, and support deep relaxation and renewal.
