Sacred Salt Sound Bath with Kitty

Join Kitty at Sterling Yoga Studio. Nestled inside the active Salt Cave, Self Love Salt & Sound is an invitation to slow down, soften, and return to yourself. Bathed in gentle sound and mineral-rich air, you’ll be guided into deep rest, harmony, and sacred stillness. 

Two sessions will be available, with 6 spots offered in each session. Session times are 4:00–5:00pm and 5:30–6:30pm. Energy Exchange $40
