We are excited to have Amy Grubesky Wilcock at Sterling Yoga Studio for our first afternoon sound bath.  Join us to immerse yourself in a state of deep relaxation. Amy will use a combination of crystal bowls and other instruments to lead you on a journey of sound, relaxation and healing.  

Amy Grubesky Wilcock is a Pittsburgh-based astrologer and sound healer who founded her practice in 2022. Specializing in soul-centered insights, Amy offers both virtual and in-person astrology readings designed to help clients navigate their unique cosmic blueprints. Beyond the stars, she also has her certificate in Multi -instrument Sound Healing from The Sound Healing Academy and offers sound events, private sound baths and individual sound healing sessions.  Amy is also certified in Reiki I and Reiki II.  Whether through the language of the universe or the vibrations of sound, Amy’s work focuses on being in touch with the energy moving around us and within us, and honoring the cycles of nature.
