This class is designed with the beginning student in mind. All abilities and bodies welcome and encouraged. A great way to start your yoga journey, refresh the basics, and deepen your understanding of poses. We use props to help us understand our bodies and support our alignment. ALL poses are modified to meet you where you are today.
Class is taught by 2 teachers, Kade & Autumn, with a balance of joy in movement, silly anecdotes, and serious yoga.
Any props needed are available at the studio, just bring yourself and maybe a friend or two!
