Social distancing and its associated isolation has impacted the mental health of many of us. To address the needs of students who may be dealing with depression or general feelings of sadness, Brynn is offering a class version of her Yoga for Depression workshop. This class will include a strong, energizing asana practice that emphasizes back bends/chest openers and inversions, concluding with a savasana practice that leads to a guided, gentle breath practice.
Props: 3-4 blankets (or bath/beach towels), 2 blocks (or thick books), and a chair.
