This class will focus on the fundamentals of yoga postures while learning basic anatomy through detailed instructions. Great class for students just starting, restarting their practice, or for students who want to relearn poses.
Please have 3 blankets or towels, a strap or belt/tie, 2 blocks or books, and any chair.
