THIS CLASS IS PRERECORDED SPECIFICALLY FOR TODAY'S DATE IN MIND, SO EACH CLASS IS DIFFERENT, AND THE RECORDING WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR STUDENTS IN THIER CONTENT LIBRARY FOR 48 HOURS. ONCE CONTENT IS ACTIVE (DATE OF CLASS) STUDENTS WILL BE UNABLE TO REMOVE THIER CLASS RESERVATION.

THIS IS A $12 DROP-IN; $100 CLASS PACKAGE; OR UNLIMITED PACKAGE CLASS.

DESCRIPTION
This class is a good way to advance from, or add to, Chair Stretch 1 practice.  Good class to improve balance,  stretching, and strengthening postures to increase longevity.  No floorwork.

PROPS NEEDED (PREFERRED)**
Cut-Out Chair, 4 Mexican/Sturdy Iyengar Blankets), 2 Wood Bocks, 2 4" Foam Blocks, 1 Quick Release, 2 of either Buckle or Iyengar Straps, 2 bolsters, and a Yoga Mat (maybe 2).

**It's important to have sturdy, safe props when you are working on alignment for health.
