Join Brynn via ZOOM for Back Care Yoga. Back Care Yoga is a therapeutic class designed to address the root causes of back pain through proper body alignment. Class focuses on a different region of the back and the anatomical and physiological factors that may be contributing to pain or discomfort. Overarching themes of the class include core, leg, and mid-back strengthening, balance, increasing flexibility in tight areas, and joint stabilization. This class is geared toward beginning students, but all levels of practice are welcome!
Please have 2 blocks (or thick books), a few blankets (or towels), a strap/tie/scarf, a chair, and a few tennis or golf balls for rolling for each class. Not all props used each class.
