DESCRIPTION
Join us to learn the Headache sequence and how you can modify various poses when needed for your home practice. So maybe you don't get headaches/migraines, TMJ, tinnitus, high blood pressure, stress, maybe you sit a computer all day or you want to start helping yourself to strengthen your immune system - The poses in this sequence are a great way to open the space in the torso, chest and upper back, strengthening the mid-back and lengthening the lower back and hamstrings. Sounds like a great way to spend your Saturdays! (Exception: Saturday, September 12 - class starts at 1:00pm following the GBS Walk & Roll)
PROPS NEEDED
Chair, 3 blankets (or towels), 2 blocks (or thick hardback books), strap (or tie or belt), and a bolster (or an addition 3 blankets.
