THIS IS A $12 DROP-IN; $100 CLASS PACKAGE; OR UNLIMITED PACKAGE CLASS.

DESCRIPTION
This class will begin with Savasana/Lying down relaxation, so make sure you are comfortable, warm, safe and without distractions. I will lead you through a deep relaxation of the nervous system. After we have completely relaxed (or at least the best we can), we will begin a guided breathing practice to assist us in having better health and longevity.

PROPS NEEDED
3 sturdy blankets (or towels), and 3 more blankets or towels

STUDIO PROP DISCLAIMER
Blankets and other fiber props are not available for use during this time, so students will need to bring their own, or their substitutes listed above.
Blocks, chairs, and mats are available, but we ask that you wipe those down by doing your part, or select to bring your own to use.
