Yoga in the Park is a gentle, beginner-friendly class that includes yoga asana, functional movement, breathwork, and guided meditation. This class will include modifications and variations on classical poses and alignments throughout the session. Feel free to bring a few blocks, a towel, and a strap; a limited number of blocks and yoga mats will be provided.

Class is held across from the pool, just under the trees.

We highly suggest registration, as in the event of poor weather, you will be emailed of cancellation.
DONATION INFO
This is a pay-what-you-can donation class with a suggested minimum donation of $5. Due to this being an in-person class, we prefer that donations are given at time of class, as cash. Donations go to
